This is a new from publisher hardback/dustjacket copy, however, the dustjacket has picked up an edge tear and normally retailing at £30. In large landscape format, 160 printed pages. Containing 98 colour photographs and 92 photographs in black and white. One of the most well-known railway photographers of steam in Scotland during the 1950 to 1967 period was W.J. Verden Anderson, who died in 1989. His skill in obtaining stunning photographs is now legendary. As well as black and white he used colour film, the vast majority of which has never before been published. This superb photo album is a tribute to his artistry with a camera and includes a selection of the colour material. Compiled by his son, Keith, and lifelong friend Brian Stephenson, this high quality book will delight all who enjoy steam in action amongst the wonderful Scottish scenery
